You will need to make a list of all the things that you need for your event and work it our according to the finances you have been given. Allocate money to each aspect of the event to make certain you have enough of money for the whole event with a little money to spare for any emergencies that may occur. The type of event that you have will depend entirely on the number of people that will be present for the night because with a bigger crowd it will be difficult for you to have any interactive entertainment.
